I recently had two dental implants done at Florida Smile Studio, and Dr. Gil and her team were outstanding. From my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up visits, Dr. Gil took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. The implant procedure went smoothly, and the level of care and professionalism was exceptional. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about their patients. Everyone, from Alexa at the front desk to the billing dept, to the consultants were exactly the way a dentist office should be! I’m extremely happy with the results of my two implants—they look and feel great. I would like to recognize Steve from the surgical team. When I arrived for my surgery, I was extremely nervous and anxious. Steve stayed by my side throughout the entire process. He held my hand, talked me through each step, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable during a time when I was very afraid. His kindness, patience, and compassion made an enormous difference in my experience. He treated me like a person, not just a patient, and his calm reassurance helped me get through one of the most stressful days I've had in a long time. I’m going to share my experience at this place. It hasn’t been completely bad, because the two assistants who have attended me during my appointments are super nice people. The doctor as well — the little contact I’ve had with him, he has been kind. Now, I had a very expensive procedure done at this place, which I’m still paying for. Of course, I went there because it was the place with the most reasonable price for the work. However, I live 3 and a half hours away from the office. When they finished the work, literally not even two months passed before I had to drive all the way back because the top part was literally falling off. I went, and they adjusted it. A couple of months passed, and for the second time the exact same thing happened again. I explained to the employee that I live 3 and a half hours away. I told her, “It’s not my fault this keeps happening. Could you at least talk to a manager so they can help with gas?” They told me they couldn’t and that they were very sorry. Long story short, I now have to go back for the same issue for about the fourth time. Of course, I also have to go for cleanings, but what disappoints me is that, knowing I’m a client who lives so

This place is great, I am extremely happy with outcome of my implants. when I first went there to get an estimate, I didn’t know what to expect and was worried about the whole procedure. This company is very professional and doing implants is like second nature for them. My surgeon was very professional and I felt 100% comfortable when we did the surgery. She was Excellent and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work on me.The whole process was very straightforward and fast, they have amazing technology with their mouth scanners and procedures.As A business owner I was quite amazed at how simple And accurate Everything was And how well they do their job .The staff is great and you can tell they really care about their patients satisfaction. I really am amazed By this company professionalism .I waited many months after my procedures to write this review to make sure that I was 100% satisfied and I would definitely recommend this company to do implants For my friends and family. These guys are so thorough and professional. It’s like going to an auto mechanic to change tires , the whole process is cut and dry and they probably do so many of them that it’s like riding a bike f
